Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of projects to ensure adherence to the highest standards.

Assist in identifying and evaluating potential contractors, ensuring they meet project requirements.

Coordinate MEP activities across over half a million square meters of usable area.

Oversaw MEP and Infrastructure design for a high-profile project in Saudi Arabia, notably the Nord Riyad Development valued at 5 billion SAR. The project includes the largest mall in the country, multiple hotels, and a mix of commercial and residential buildings. I was involved in managing the design stages, from the Master Plan to the detailed design. Acted as the key point of contact for investor-side supervision design and execution phases, with a specialized focus on MEP and infrastructure utilities. Managed permit acquisition from governmental authorities, streamlining the approval process and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
